Corpus Studio was founded in 2016 and is a corpus of young, international, cross-disciplinary designers, led by Konrad Steffensen and Ronan Le Grand. We design spaces, objects, places, stories, atmospheres, environments, ephemeral states and strategies. We are currently working on a Villa renovation in the Greek Cyclades, a townhouse in London and an experimental retail space in Paris. We believe that architecture and design are inherent languages and that like common language, figurative and literal composition is sublimated by rhetoric devices. To this end, devices are used in design to serve both form and function; making architecture and design that is effective, persuasive and impactful. We advocate the use of architectural and design language to shape experiences and evoke emotion that play on the affinities between the body, space and memory.
Each and every project is carefully considered at all scales and stages, from concept to realisation with a cross-disciplinary approach which fosters the articulation of an all-encompasing, comprehensive project.
Currently we are working on an array of commercial and residential projects, in France and abroad. Our clients include Jitrois, Le Château de Longchamp, Outpost, Pedro Lourenço & various private clients for our residential projects.
